ONLINE STUDENTS are already awarded for summer term.  You can check you financial aid award online by clicking here or contact the Financial Aid Center.

Financial assistance for summer semester is limited to remaining eligibility for student loans and/or part-time employment provided the student meets all Federal requirements.  Students must be enrolled at least half-time to qualify for any financial aid.  Enrollment status will be determined at the close of the first day of classes.  Repayment will be required of students dropping second term classes before they begin.

PRIVATE LOAN INFORMATION:  You must apply for the private loan on your lender's website after you receive the UWA Financial Aid Award Letter.  Private loans are credit based.  Your lender may require a cosigner to guarantee repayment.  The interest rate is determined by your credit rating and with loan origination fees that can range up to 15% or more.  UWA will certify your eligibility when we receive the request from the lender.  Your loan must be approved by the lender first.
