The University of West Alabama offers a full range of
grants, scholarships, part-time employment, and
loans to assist students in meeting educational
costs. Approximately 80% of UWA students
receive some type of financial aid to support their
studies. The Financial Aid Center will assist
the student and their family in tailoring a
financial aid package to cover the cost of tuition,
fees, books, room, board, personal expenses, and
travel. The student's financial aid must be
complete at least 10 days prior to the start of each
term to charge the costs against their financial aid
award.
